Plant Operation & Maintenance
ENCOM Operations and Maintenance Division provide a complete operations and maintenance (O&M) management services to the mining, power, Infrastructure and manufacturing industries. O&M services include plant maintenance, facility management, operations support, asset performance improvement, operations readiness, start-up and commissioning.
ENCOM specialized team is established to assist clients or EPCM contractors with commissioning. They are experienced in the commissioning phase, the type of equipment found throughout the plant and with the specific process involved. They include shift superintendents, senior process operators and control room operators who will bring a recently constructed plant to order as the client may still be training his personnel. ENCOM engineering team will assist with the efficient ramp up to nameplate capacity of any mineral processing plant.
We at ENCOM, we focus on productivity and efficiency gains for our clients by optimizing plant safety, throughput and production quality.
