ENCOM Operations and Maintenance Division provide a complete operations and maintenance (O&M) management services to the mining, power, Infrastructure and manufacturing industries. O&M services include plant maintenance, facility management, operations support, asset performance improvement, operations readiness, start-up and commissioning.

ENCOM specialized team is established to assist clients or EPCM contractors with commissioning. They are experienced in the commissioning phase, the type of equipment found throughout the plant and with the specific process involved.
